Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed. Payments may be processed by an external payment service provider, whose own terms may also apply to the transaction.
Delivery methods
The shop currently offers the following delivery methods:
- Standard delivery: €7.38
- Express delivery: €12.66
- Customer pickup: no separate delivery charge
The final delivery charge and available delivery methods are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is shown in the product details and/or at checkout. Many products currently have an estimated delivery time of 3–5 days. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer in exceptional circumstances.
Delivery area
Orders can be delivered to the countries and addresses available for selection at checkout. Any delivery restrictions are shown during the ordering process.
Damaged or incomplete delivery
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged or items are missing from the order, please contact axelvalor@pm.me as soon as possible and include your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the damage.
