1. Online shop and contracting parties
These terms apply to orders placed through the Metsä Putiikki online shop. The seller is [official company name, Business ID and address]. Contact: axelvalor@pm.me.
2. Products and prices
Product prices are shown in euros and consumer prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Any delivery charges are shown before the order is confirmed. Product images and colours are illustrative and may vary depending on screen settings.
3. Ordering and formation of the contract
The customer selects products, provides delivery and payment information and confirms the order. An order confirmation is sent electronically. We reserve the right not to accept an order for a justified reason, for example if a product is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing error.
4. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by an external payment service provider under its own terms.
5. Delivery
Delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on the Payment and delivery page. Delivery times are estimates. If a delivery is substantially delayed, we aim to inform the customer where possible.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales, unless an exception under applicable law applies. More detailed instructions are provided on the Right of withdrawal page.
7. Faulty or damaged products
If a product is faulty, damaged or does not match the order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. These terms do not limit the consumer's statutory rights.
8. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or damage to the extent it results from an exceptional event reasonably beyond our control.
9. Governing law and disputes
The contract is governed by Finnish law, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply. We aim to resolve disputes first by discussion with the customer. Consumers may also use the consumer advice and dispute-resolution services available to them.
