14-day right of withdrawal
Consumers purchasing through the online shop generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase of goods within 14 days from the day on which the customer, or another person designated by the customer, receives the goods. No reason for withdrawal is required.
How to notify us
Please send an unambiguous withdrawal notice to axelvalor@pm.me before the withdrawal period expires. Include at least your name, order number, the product being returned and your contact details.
Returning the product
The product must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice has been submitted.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the shop has agreed to bear those costs or applicable law requires otherwise.
Handling and reduction in value
You may handle the product only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. If the product has been used beyond this and its value has decreased, the customer may be liable for the reduction in value as permitted by law.
Refunds
After withdrawal, payments received from the customer are refunded within the period required by law. We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received back or the customer has provided evidence of having returned them. Additional costs arising from choosing a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method need not be refunded.
Exceptions
Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to certain products. Where an exception applies, the customer will be informed before placing the order.
Faulty products
The right of withdrawal does not limit your rights concerning faulty or damaged goods. If there is a problem with a product, contact axelvalor@pm.me.
